"We had a problem with the first room because the powder room was not so clean (unsanitary stain on the wall) and one closet door was not working properly. However, the hotel staff was very responsive and accommodating; we got a new room with an upgrade and some nice touches (such as the kids robe and slippers). The city/mountain view from our room was stunning! And the beds were super comfortable. Loved the kids arcade and the pools. Appreciated the 7-11 and ate well at the Japanese restaurant. Oh, and there was fantastic music playing throughout the hotel - 80s and 90s soundtrack for this Gen Xer! We would definitely stay again."

"The Grand Josun Jeju stands out with its unique architecture, featuring an open atrium that serves as the heart of the hotel. I visited during the Christmas season, and the atrium was beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and festive plants, creating a magical atmosphere. Live music performances added to the charm, and each floor offered its own breakout space, providing areas to relax and explore. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and free from any noise disturbances. I especially want to commend the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job in keeping my room spotless every day. Their attention to detail truly made my stay more enjoyable. While the pool isn’t as large as those at some other 5-star hotels in Jeju, it was more than adequate, with warm water that made it perfect for winter use. My only minor complaint would be the corridor leading to my room, which occasionally had an unpleasant smell. This seemed to be related to the ventilation system, as the issue disappeared when it was turned off. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!"

"Best hotel in that area. Fantastic sea view and big family suite. Huge toilet with plush slippers. Convenience store and bakery cafe within hotel premise. Car park is unfortunately not big enough to accommodate all guests’ cars especially in the night "

"Real nice big hotel with large rooms. We were upgraded to a slighty bigger bed due to low season during Xmas. Underground parking available. Super nice heated pool with live performances at times. Will be back."

"Perfect for families - 3 rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an all in one washer/dryer (although the dryer is not effective but a large drying rack is available) The area itself is walkable to the water/theme park and mall with a lot of restaurants. Great location and would stay here again! "
