"The room smelled like smoke right away when you walked in, even though they say they are a smoke free hotel. The bed sheets had stains and because the room was just penetrating with the smoke smell the towels smelled like that too. Staff was nice but I still would of preferred a smoke free room. "

Yet, for what I paid for my stay we had a wonderful time there. They do try to take care of you while you are there and are always professional with my interactions with the staff. "I was very happy with the convenient location by bus, from Jeju airport, comfortable bed, cleanness of the rooms. The only thing I did not like was the hotel was located behind the main street and it was not well-lighted to walk after the sun down. "
