"What made this exceptional was the concierge, Arthur. He was A on everything. We felt very well received and cared for upon our arrival into the heart of old downtown Verona. He lined us out, took care of dinner reservations and made sure everything was ship-shape. In addition to that, the space we rented was spacious and wonderful!"

"We stayed on this B&B for a couple of night. The B&B is well located like 10-15 min walking to the Arena. It is not a hotel, is a room very clean, spacious and modern in a residential flat. The breakfast is European style. The only but is that they want to know exactly the time of your arrival for check-in like a week in advance. We were traveling by train and that is not always possible to anticipate the arrival tines one week before. "

"Very pleasant staff, walkable location to city centre, great tv lots of channels, Alexa in room is nice addition, room quite spacious and hot drink making facilities and fridge provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside is the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear people in the corridor and sometimes sound from the adjoining room, the air conditioning is also quite loud. Would stay again though."

"I had booked one of the economy rooms, but when I saw it decided that it wasn't for me. So I upgraded to the suite (it was the only room still available) and paid the difference. "We had a very pleasant stay. The lovely girl who checked us in was polite and helpful and very professional. She let us leave our bags so we could go and explore before our room became ready. Room was clean and a good size. The barhroom was very clean also. The living area and kitchen are shared but rhere was no one around while we were there. All in all we had a fantastic stay. "The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room 204 was bigger then most in Europe. We were given discounted breakfast from 12 to 8 euros, and free water from mini fridge for signing up to BW rewards card. The hotel was perfectly located near most of Verona’s attractions.
