"My husband was sick and the staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive. They allowed us to check in 30 minutes early after explaining to housekeeping. They also allowed us to check out 3 hours late for a small hourly fee and arranged for the prepaid breakfast to be delivered to my husband in the room.
