"We missed our first night stay because our train from Zurich had technical problems. Although I did not get a reply from the emails I sent them to let them know of the delay, I asked that a packed breakfast be prepared for us. "The hotel was conveniently placed for going to the Louvre ( book before you go and queue) we had a nice clean room. The bath didn’t drain so easily our only issue. The room was tended to daily. It was noisy outside in the morning, nothing anyone could do about that but if it’s an issue for you beware. "

"Fantastic stay at this property, the pool and steam room is a lovely addition. We have a top floor room with balcony and it’s lovely and very comfortable. Nice toiletries, hot chocolate & sweet are such a lovely touch. Lots of choices and yummy food for breakfast! Fantastic location, bus, metro, restaurants on your doorstep and so walkable, lots of sightseeing "

"The room was a bit small but for the price, I can't really complain. The convenience to transportation was the best part of the local. Just a five minute walk to the Gare de L'est Metro. Took about 45-50 minutes to get to the airport."
