"Staff were great, area around hotel was filthy, location was great to get everywhere, room was clean and service very good, need to get internet and tv service upgraded to work all the time. I would highly recommend the hotel for safety, great staff and location! Rooms are small but price is very good and we spend travelling not in our rooms! , lrt to south area of city easy to use, so I trust this hotel and staff and thst is key for me when travelling, women will also be safe here! "My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day. "The Oriental Residency is a good hotel to consider when visiting Mumbai. The rooms are comfortable with aircon, wifi, and flat screen TV. The meals from The Soul Restaurant were delicious and the staff are courteous . Location was good for me as I was in Mumbai for dental surgery and it's 5 minutes walking distance to Dentzz Dental. "The property just by itself is new and clean. However their is no shampoo, shower gel, no dental kit, hair dryer etc. Basic amenities a hotel provide. The staffs sit at the hall where sometime a lot of men sitting there and its kinda unpleasant for a solo female to go in and out of the room. The staff are quite helpful and easy to approach. "
