"The reception was very friendly and kind as they upgraded my room for a better view after I told them thay my room with a "city view" had no view at all. The hotel itself needs some small fixes, for example the curtains don't all close/open, the safe deposit didn't work until I called room service etc... The hotel cleaning service is great! "Firstly, the booking we initially made was Damac Royale Tower, however this tower was apparently shut down and only available as a residence and not aparthotel. We were changed to Damac Maison Distincton. Our stay for 4 nights was decent, we had many issues though. 1.
