"I have allergies & asthma. I knew after 15 minutes on site that I couldn’t sleep there. There were candles burning in the foyer, multiple bowls of potpourri, and multiple cats coming and going from outdoors—upstairs and downstairs. I’m very allergic to cats. Had I known these things prior to booking, I never ever would have booked—much less for 2 nights. They did extinguish the candles, but my throat was already thickening. "The lady who checked us in acted like she would take it personally if we tried to sneak in a pet. We didn’t even have one with us and when we’re at home our pets are outdoor! Was ridiculous how she acted. Lamp in our room was not working and had to plug in the other one. Coffee was lukewarm and half and half was expired. Otherwise good stay and comfortable beds. "
