The staff (I am sorry I forgot her name) were very accomodating and helped us switch rooms when some light hardware wasnt working! The breakfast was decent and it was a nice solid stay while we were in the area just for the night. Would recommend this as a clean, safe, and reliable stay!

When we checked in, the clerk seemed very disorganized and the keys were spread all over the desk. She was accommodating in changing our room from a he first floor to the third, but the room we got was dirty with dead bugs on the floor and splatters on the bathroom mirror, along with a brown smudge on the bathroom light switch plate. Luckily I travel with Lysol wipes, and cleaned all the light switch plates. The alarm was set on the clock in the room also which went off at 7:15am scaring us all to death, as we didn’t set an alarm. The indoor pool was a nice addition for my children, but the surrounding area of the pool was littered with trash and dirty wet towels, with only two clean ones to use. My kids also enjoyed the make your own waffle machine at the morning breakfast, in the shape of Texas no less!

The hotel is old and outdated. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the man at the front desk who was very helpful and friendly. I actually checked out after an hour of being in the room because I didn't feel the room was clean enough for my children. The bathtub looked terrible, there were hairs on the floor, and the room was tiny and cramped.
