We love this location with our food favs (Thai Buddha, Mellow Mushroom pizza) just a few blocks away, and not much more of a walk north to the natural foods grocery or south to JAX Beach pier and shops. We expect to return, even though the elevator was out during our 6-day stay -- ok for us, but could be an issue for others. Kitchenware was more than adequate, but note that this unit did...

"They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles."

"Drove all the way from NC (8 hrs) to get to this property on Memorial Weekend 2024 at 10:00 pm and the code to the door did not work. Nor could I reach the property manager even hotels.com couldn’t reach them either and we had to be placed in a hotel away from the beach. We called the property manager, we sent emails and all. Luckily we had family there too that we could stay with the first night until our hotel was situated. Another red frag was the very lack of communication prior to arrival...
