"This is an awesome little apartment and was perfect for my solo trip to Jax Beach. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location couldn't have been better, and I felt very safe. It's a quick walk to the beach and right by Neptune Beach with lots of great restaurants and shops. I wish I could have stayed longer and next time, I will definitely bring a bike! There is so much to explore. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the JaxBeach house. 4 adults & 1 child. The house being right on the beach was a big hit for us all! The house vibe, the accommodations, and of course the breathtaking sunrises!! From the deck we saw dolphins and even a rare humpback whale (verified by local news video/report). Memories to cherish! I recommend this lovely beach house! Coco and management were extremely pleasant to work with. This place is A-Plus!!"
