"Room was very clean, which we so much appreciated!! Hot breakfast covered all the bases from fruit,eggs,made to order waffles,French toast,bagels muffins, juices coffee and oatmeal,biscuits and gravy. the location was close by the Mayo clinic. The only thing I did not like was the 13.00 per day parking fee. The parking was on site, so I feel the charge was just a money grab!! But overall I was pleased with my stay, exceeded my expectations!!"

"We had a standard king room. Came with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Room was clean, bathroom was clean yet out of precaution i filled tub and turned on jets, the water turned light brown and had lots of black junk come out. Needless to say did not use tub. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean. "

"The check in and front desk was GREAT! The onsite restaurant/bar was exceptional and quite reasonable. The every-other-day housekeeping was…not. I checked in on Friday. I got a ‘short’ towel exchange on Sunday. I called in that and another towel was delivered - but no more wash clothes or bath mat; and they comped a breakfast. Nothing else changed by the time I checked out on Wednesday. True, I could have called down to the desk. But I shouldn’t have had to. The elevators are s-l—o—-w, as in...

"This is an historic hotel and is just charming. the staff are friendly and courteous. The penthouse restaurant/bar has a beautiful view overlooking the beach and ocean. The menu has variety and everything we ordered was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again."
