Home was a little smaller than pictures made it seem, but all in all it was very cozy. If you just need to spend the night in Jacksonville this is definitely the place! Host was very responsive and helpful. She let us check in early!

We had a wonderful stay at Frankie’s place. The location was amazing and the suite was gorgeous, with so many thoughtful touches. Frankie was very communicative and thoughtful too. We wished we were able to stay longer but we will be back!

My husband and I came into town for an appointment at Mayo Clinic. This suite was 2.2 miles from the clinic. had a few questions and the host responded promptly. Parking was great and convenient. I would definitely rent again if I’m ever in the Jack

Exactly as described. Clean and comfortable, sitting on deck was terrific. Easy bike ride to shopping plaza which worked out nicely since my husband had the car all day. Great family neighborhood with sidewalks made for nice walks too. Thanks for letting us travel with our family dog.

Lovely Cottage Decor Duplex
We enjoyed this little jem which is located on a pond not far from the beach, Mayo Clinic, etc. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, and the view from the back is very relaxing. The host was very accommodating when an issue arose, so you can expect excellent service! We hope to come again.

Our stay was simply tranquil! Frankie has a beautiful guesthouse! Pleanty of room for just my husband and me. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the water foul, turtles, and fish. So relaxing sitting out there with our coffee while we watch sunrise/sunset. If you are looking for peacefulness, tranquility, and a "feels like home" experience then this is what you are looking for! Frankie has your place

Amazing in the comedating it was excellent
My horse was very much in contact with me. The whole time make sure I had everything I needed. Make sure we were extremely comfortable. It was the best part of my trip in the easiest. Also, check in was a breeze to check out was easy. My next trip here next year. I will look to try and book the same host..

A Perfect Little Spot
I will definitely be booking this little gem again when coming to town to visit my parents who live in Ponte Vedra Beach. The accommodations are comfortable. This is a studio so all in one room but you really have everything at your fingertips. I did a lot of walking (beach and coffee shops very walkable) and it is perfectly located if you need to access Butler Blvd and the Mayo Clinic. I think it was a great size for 1 or a couple. Kitchenette stocked with essentials (mayo/mustard and the like) are a nice touch and a high end coffee espresso maker with pods were right up my alley. Responsive and friendly host very appreciated.

Booked another property. This one opened up from same host. We were offered transfer to larger property at the same price. Facility was very clean. Check in was easy. We rented their on site golf cart for a day although the weather wasn't cooperative, it was still a fun chilly ride on a street legal cart with bells and whistles. Rear view camera, Bluetooth audio, etc. House was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Highly recommend. Will contact again for future stays. Wonderful experience.

Comfy and Cozy
It was a perfect place for us to keep our things and our little dog while we enjoyed Jax Beach. The ambiance of the inside is beach cottage and clean (aside from some sand on the floor because... you know, beach stuff. To be expected). The patio was very nice with the decorative lights and overlook of the small lake. Frankie was kind, helpful, and informative about check in/out and other communication. Neighborhood is cute, quiet, and very "Florida."

Convenient and Comfy
This property is conveniently located and well-maintained. Very quiet neighborhood overnight. Nice deck and view. I was just there for an overnight to attend a concert at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, which was only 10-15 minutes away. It suited my purpose perfectly. It's not set up for cooking and random driving didn't find any non-chain beach bar type places. Neither of those things were important to me, but I would recommend researching the area and maybe driving north instead of south to find more places to eat. The neighborhood geese were cruising around with four cute, fuzzy goslings.
