"The inn is quaint with well appointed decor. The staff members were helpful but we did have some big inconveniences. We got to our room and noticed it was pretty cold. We chalked it up to it being cold outside and upped the heat. We woke up freezing with the heat not working at all. The window had a cold draft pouring through. My husband went to take a shower and there was no water. Staff quickly came to check on the issues. We were told we could stay in the room but maintenence would...

"The stay was wonderful and the staff were great until after we left- a member of the party left a jacket behind and the staff refuse to save it in a small bag with my name on it so I can pick it up- doubtless it has been stolen already. The terrific experience has been changed to ok unless they want to return our property."

"This was a return trip for us to this cozy, well kept apartment. It's in a very peaceful location, away from the busy North Conway, but close enough for a quick drive to all of the restaurants and shops. It snowed on Thanksgiving, and the next day we were able to walk right across the street and snowshoe on Tin Mountain, a beautiful network of trails. The very friendly owners made sure we were shoveled and plowed out. This is by far, our favorite vrbo. We can't wait to return again."
