"The stay was wonderful and the staff were great until after we left- a member of the party left a jacket behind and the staff refuse to save it in a small bag with my name on it so I can pick it up- doubtless it has been stolen already. The terrific experience has been changed to ok unless they want to return our property."

"The inn is quaint with well appointed decor. The staff members were helpful but we did have some big inconveniences. We got to our room and noticed it was pretty cold. We chalked it up to it being cold outside and upped the heat. We woke up freezing with the heat not working at all. The window had a cold draft pouring through. "We had a wonderful room. The hotel had just experienced a fire so dining was not at then hotel and that is one reason we chose this hotel. The chef was well-known. They did offer shuttle service to another hotel they owned for dining options. Food was fair."
