"It fully met our expectations. The hotel was full, but the service was excellent. The breakfast was varied and the room was comfortable and clean as much as possible. The building needs some maintenance, such as painting and the wallpaper, which has some spots that are torn off and dirty, but nothing that affected our stay. "I spent two nights at the Eagle Mountain House in January 2025. This is one of my favorite hotels in the White Mountains and it's location in Jackson, New Hampshire is ideal for my winter activities. My room was very comfortable. The hotel is not modern and fancy but provides a great cozy feeling when you are a guest. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Only negative during my trip was the remodeling of the dining area, which is probably complete by the time you read this. Dinner and breakfast was available in another building on the property and the quality was great as usual."
