"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The location is great for old city tourist attractions. 10 minutes walk to grand bazaar. We used the tram for Bosphorus and Taksim area. The hotel room well equipped and serviced. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast caters for global guests.something for everybody. Coffee machines in high demand. My only complaint. We were at front on first floor. Street noise."

"Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel is lovely, clean and modern. Wifi kept dropping so we had to re-join quite a few times. Spa and swimming pool was very nice and quiet. Location is fantastic...lots of shops and restaurants literally outside. The only bad thing was breakfast which was limited and bland. Also, we had to pay extra for a Capuccino (even though it comes from a machine) which was absolutely ridiculous. The breakfast coffee was disgusting so we had to get our coffee fix...
