"My room was spacious and loved the view of the harbor and amusement park from the balcony. The changing colors of the Ferris wheel was mesmerizing but could easily close the curtains and black it out.. and not hear the excitement from the roller coaster which was fun. The soaking tub was perfect and spending two days here before leaving Japan was the best way to end two weeks exploring the country. The convenience of the attached mall and surrounding shops and noodles museum was great too. The staff was friendly and would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel is nice and location is good too. The fireplace was the highlight of the stay. Sipa glass of red wine hearing the firewood burn. However the room was not well maintain and there are insects."

"Customer service checking in and checking out was fantastic and helpful, it’s only a 5 minute walk to Yokohama Stasium and 2 minute walk to various train stations The room was large/ spacious and shad everything we needed and it was lovely that they gave my son a little present in the room for being his birthday When I rerun I will definitely not only be staying here again but I would use citidines as a brand "
