"Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling....

"Perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 7 adults gathering in town for a wedding. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Central location walkable to the stadium. It smelled freshly painted! We had a bit of an issue with check in but the property manager helped us resolve it fairly quickly. We loved the Bills room. We all had our private spaces but could gather in the Bills room for family time. We would definitely stay here again"

"We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"

"You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable, clean, and unique. When I needed assistance, Terry and Angela were quick to respond, going above and beyond. Buffalo/Niagara Falls are less than 90 min north, and Erie/Presque Isle are 90 min south. In 15 min or less from the barn, I spent sunsets on Lake Erie, visited a winery (there are several to choose from), checked out a farmer's market, and spent time at a wonderful used bookshop. "Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."
