"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"We had a great time this past weekend. It was my son's birthday and we all decided to come down from Canada to celebrate him at college. We had more than enough space for our group and enjoyed the large open concept of the home. We cooked, we drank, we had a hilarious time playing games, and enjoyed the video arcade game in one of the bedrooms. Thank you so much to the hosts for responding back so quickly to our questions! "We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy...
