"It was good"

"This old home provides more than ample space for your group to sleep. It is an old home though and the showers have little water pressure. Hot tub is a very nice place to wind down after a long day on the slopes. The room with some table games is an unheated space that is too cold too spend time in during the winter months. It is tucked away from the nearby towns and when it snows a lot like it did during our trip makes for long slow drives to get to any destinations. The hosts are wonderful and with good communication will treat you well and assist during your stay. This place is what you and your group make of it. I would stay here again."

"Room thermometer restting to default 63ish F was annoying - to enter a cold room. Front desk guys Friday and Saturday nights (maybe Dale and Manny) were very good hosts and welcoming. Great face for Microtel hospitality. "

"Easy access to I 90 and local eateries, etc. Specific to the room, we noticed the bathroom door was a slider style but didn't provide privacy as it was an inch out from the walls and didn't lock. This could be helped by adding a strip of wood to either end of the trim to cap the ends. The breakfast was great - only suggestion would be to keep some heat under the pan of eggs, meat, potatoes as these were not hot. Other suggestion regards security - my wife heard someone knocking on doors, including ours, on the 4th floor where we were, very late at night. She obviously didn't answer it but this was creepy. We realized that no one is at the desk most of the time, and although other outside doors require a key for entry, the main door does not, so anyone can walk in, take the elevator and do as they please. Suggest perhaps require a room key or a phone call to be allowed in beyond say 11 pm until 6 am. "

"Very friendly staff! Checked in to a king room but it smelled like stale smoke (possibly because it was once a smoking room). Front desk apologized and switched us to another room. Easy peasy fix! "
