"Property was clean and comfortable. Our issue was little toilet paper, no paper towels, no salt and pepper. Everything else was great. This property is in a beautiful neighborhood which was very peaceful. This property is located close to everything. We will stay here again"

"We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"

"You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable, clean, and unique. When I needed assistance, Terry and Angela were quick to respond, going above and beyond. Buffalo/Niagara Falls are less than 90 min north, and Erie/Presque Isle are 90 min south. In 15 min or less from the barn, I spent sunsets on Lake Erie, visited a winery (there are several to choose from), checked out a farmer's market, and spent time at a wonderful used bookshop. "My son, a good friend and myself spent a long weekend at this property. Everything was outstanding from the lake view, comfortable beds to the well outfitted kitchen. All for a very reasonable rate. Could not recommend it more. "

She took the time to greet us and was such a pleasant person. We loved the quiet and serene surrounding yet we were close enough for shopping, sight seeing and activities we had planned.
