"This was our first time staying here and it was wonderful. The unit was perfect during our stay. Our only issue was the wait for the elevator because one was out of service. We typically would use the stairs to go down, but we could not use the stairs to go back up because the door was locked from the outside. We didn't really get to enjoy any of the amenities due to our schedule, but hopefully we will next time :)"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and checked in with a young man and then met the concierge, Virgil. He was a very charismatic gentleman that gave us a breakdown of the Orlando area and local activities.The room itself had a jacuzzi, multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, multiple bathrooms, and every amenity we needed. She checked on me to make sure my stay was going as expected and made sure I did not need anything. "I booked The Fountain for a week stay over the Christmas holidays and a few days into the stay, none of our key badges worked and we were locked out of the room coming back from dinner around 9pm at night with my 6 year old niece having to badly use the bathroom.
