"This was our first time staying here and it was wonderful. The unit was perfect during our stay. Our only issue was the wait for the elevator because one was out of service. We typically would use the stairs to go down, but we could not use the stairs to go back up because the door was locked from the outside. We didn't really get to enjoy any of the amenities due to our schedule, but hopefully we will next time :)"

"The space was perfect for our stay. Easy check in/out and close to all the Orlando parks. There wasn’t a hairdryer as listed but I was able to purchase one close by which wasn’t a problem. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 was that the bathroom sink was clogged and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Otherwise it was a great place for our vacation."

"This looks like an older complex that has been redone and is being cared for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I got a text daily about onsite activities. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful even for our short trip as we had to wash jerseys."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and checked in with a young man and then met the concierge, Virgil. He was a very charismatic gentleman that gave us a breakdown of the Orlando area and local activities.The room itself had a jacuzzi, multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, multiple bathrooms, and every amenity we needed. "I booked The Fountain for a week stay over the Christmas holidays and a few days into the stay, none of our key badges worked and we were locked out of the room coming back from dinner around 9pm at night with my 6 year old niece having to badly use the bathroom. The lock on our door was broken and needed reprogramming and it took over an hour for the security police to come and over ride the lock. "Property was nice and well appointed. Property is centrally located. The property manager was awesome! She checked on me to make sure my stay was going as expected and made sure I did not need anything. I travel a lot and would not hesitate to stay here or with on of the other property managers properties."
