"Was a family overnight with four adults and a child. Staff was wonderful. When we had issues with our room it was resolved in a timely manner, effective communication. The room is perfect for our needs and comfortable. The cafe for breakfast was not my favorite, the food tasted microwaved and was not worth it, but the staff was wonderful. Great location to the attractions nearby. Would definitely stay again"

"Great property for an extended vacation. Lots of space in villa to relax and enjoy ourselves. Love the screened in patios overlooking the ponds. Quiet pool was my favorite place. Will definitely consider coming back next year."

"Great location! Room was big, beds super comfortable and room was serviced every day, which is a lovely treat! We developed a leak in our room due to tropical storm rain and we were moved to a new room, right next door, within minutes. No noise from outside can be heard in the rooms and the air con is powerful. The hotel feels a little tired, but that won't detract from your stay. Breakfast buffet has a great selection and fresh food is being brought out continuously. The surrounding area has numerous great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and there's always taxis on hand at the front door if you need a lift. The free shuttle bus to Universal is an added bonus and the shop is great for snacks & drinks. We've stayed in other Rosen properties before and this one has topped the list so far. We will be back again."

"If you aren’t paying attention you’ll miss the entrance to the property. You can see the building from the streets from a distance. My only complaint. You need your key to get in and out of anywhere on the property. Elevator, lobby, stairs, etc. Good security. "

"My family and I had a wonderful experience, overall. The front officr and dining staff are always so friendly. The breakfast options are decent. I wish they would offer lunch and dinner options. There was greater chlorine this time around. And, we were all very much affected by it. We had to purchase eye drops. However, despite that, we would definitely plan another stay here. "
