"Very friendly staff & nice modern room with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable beds & no noise at night. On the minus side, no room service available on our 1st night due to a 'private function' and the second night ( a Friday) we were told at 6pm the restaurant was full & therefore no room service again. We expressed our dissatisfaction & were given our food. I would expect any four star hotel to have available room service regardless of external functions or restaurant...

Excellent location for Town centre [5 min walk] train and bus station [5 mins] - so very easy to get from airport to hotel via F line bus route. Recommended"
