"Amazing location - don't even have to cross the street to get to hotel from the train and bus station, yet the neighborhood is still nice. Staff was courteous, room was clean. Only knock is that bed could have been a little more comfortable. Coverings was a duvet, which so many hotels are using now."

"Self check in was nice and easy and everything explained before hand. The room was really nice and clean, small but big enough. Kitchenette was a great extra with a dishwasher aswel. Shower was nice and powerful and the whole room/studio was nicely decorated. The area around the hotel was safe, quiet and convenient to get to the centre via walking around a 10min walk or via bus or tram 2min walk 5min on bus/tram. The bus is also the airport bus and takes 15mins from the apartment to the airport...

"Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

"What a lovely surprise! This historical hotel and its’ outstanding staff exceeded any expectations I had. I was fortunate to get room 1390- beautiful views out of three windows. Fabulous home base for four days to explore the area. It was effortless to take the train to Kitzbuhel and ski for the day. The front desk staff were so kind and wonderful! "

"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel....

"Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."

"Excellent check in experience the assistant FO manager was superb . Gave us bus passes for our stay plus ideas on what to do . Negatives , housekeeping quality was horrid next day , sheet just dumped on bed , glasses and cups not cleaned , floor not swept / vacuumed . Reached back early evening on Sunday . Resteraunt was closed . Could not use foodora as cannot verify an international number . Receptionist asked to to keep trying instead of ordering for us and taking money . "
