The personell were friendly and helpful. The spa and pool area are very relaxing and very nicely done. It is defninitly worth a stay to relax and enjoy the area.

Loved our stay at the hotel- reception staff was great - had to change rooms upon arrival and that went geat- good advise on skiing ! Spa was good and treatments - food great and location

Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back!

Bad sound isolation
It is a good hotel but there is bad/no sound isolation in the rooms and the noises makes it impossible to sleep. First it was just some kind of ventilation outside thats was fine, as was the noices from the outside as the location is very central this is to be expected, but it meant I had to sleep with the windows closed and the airquality and temperature in the room was very bad with no aircon. Then they emptied trash/glas containers outside aroynd 6 am, for like 30 minutes, that created this horrible noise. Overall not a great sleep experiance.

there was no hot water from 3 pm until the next morning !!! so after using the pool we cant took a shower so we were with Chlorine all night . the staff ignored us, wasnt care and we weren't compensated at all. also in breakfast the staff was unpleasant. when we checked out instead of apology we recived a tes-tube with salt - HA HA HA

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel. Unser Zimmer- Chalet war sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut Schöner Wellnessbereich mit großem Pool. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Zentral gelegen, mit sehr schönem Spa, in welchem ausgezeichnetes Personal arbeitet. Das Zimmer war modern und top sauber. Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war erstklassig und zu unserem Hochzeitstag haben wir eine sehr schöne Überraschung auf unser Zimmer erhalten. Einziger Nachteil war für uns, dass wir als Gäste ohne Halbpension beim Frühstück keine freie Tischwahl hatten. Die Auswahl am Büffet war aber sehr gut. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit wirklich herausragend freundlichem und gutem Servicepersonal! Jeder noch so kleine Wunsch und Rückfrage wird prompt zur vollen Zufriedenheit des Gastes erledigt bzw. erfüllt, dies sowohl vom engagierten Team an der Rezeption als auch den überaus schnellen, freundlichen und jedem Kundenwunsch aufgeschlossenen Mitarbeitern im Servicepersonal.. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das wirklich ausgesprochen schöne SPA mit einem unglaublich großen Innenpool mit abgetrenntem Bereich für Schwimmer und einem Relaxbecken. Zudem mehrere sehr gepflegte Saunen, Dampfbad sowie viele Ruhebereiche über eine große und zwei Etagen verteilt. Im Außenbereich wartet ein schöner Whirlpool und für Sommertage etliche Liegen mit Bergblick. Sehr großes Fitnessstudio mit umfangreicher Ausstattung sowohl für Kardio- als auch Gewichtstraining. Die Lage des Hotels direkt neben der Kirche quasi im Herzen von Seefeld ist ebenfalls grandios, alle Lokalitäten, Hauptbahnhof, Casino etc. sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß unproblematisch erreichbar. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass gegen Aufpreis ein Garagenplatz direkt im Haus gebucht werden kann. Eine wirkliche PERLE für erwachsene Reisende, ich werde auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Unser Aufenthalt im Alpenlove war wirklich sehr schön und erholsam. Das Zimmer ist sauber gewesen und roch angenehm. Wir konnten gut ausspannen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Kurztripp.

Sehr gut, außer der Bar
Das Hotel war schön und sauber, der Saunabereich gut. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Hotelbar. Wir wollten nach dem Abendessen noch etwas trinken. Der einzige Kellner war überfordert und ineffizient. Er hat die Wartenden nicht einmal zur Kenntnis genommen oder angeschaut. Nach 20 geduldigen Minuten gingen wir durch den Regen in die Bar eines anderen Hotels.
