"What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. "This was an awesome hotel. 10' walk from train station and no stairs (however, there are cobblestones). The front desk staff were particularly awesome. I forget her name, but one of the ladies was so helpful when my husband needed some medical help. Very much appreciated! The only small negative is that the soap dispensers were VERY hard for me to squeeze (both shower & sink) to get soap dispensed - but I do have arthritis :( Other than that, don't hesitate to book these lovely, yet affordable...
