"The house fit our 20 person guest list well. The shared bathrooms on the second level got a bit crowded but overall it worked out fine. The house is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware for large groups. However, I would have liked to see more plastic options for the pool area. "Many amenities, nice location, no dogs allowed on the beach, house very clean except for fans. Fans very very dusty!! Ceiling lights in top floor covered in dust working elevator. House maintained well and stocked with sheets, blankets , pillows , glasses coffee maker and an Alexa!"

"This home is well-equipped and couldn't be in a better location for traveling with young kids. They were able to play on the beach right outside the back door. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for a full Thanksgiving dinner. Perfect week on the beach! Property owner was easy to reach and brought over a few minor requests almost immediately! "The location is unbeatable. RIGHT on the beach and a private pool. Ultimately, that’s most important. The pool is perfect and the outdoor area is fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay. The interior could use some work. Not in bad shape by any means. Kitchen is nice however the appliances weren’t great. Very Cheap. The dishwasher had trouble cleaning off the dishes. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice as well. The water pressure in the showers was sub par. I give it a 4.5!"

"Excellent location in quaint Indian Rocks. The beach is across the street, with two public access spots nearby. We found several restaurants, ice cream spots, bakery, convenience store, mini golf all within 1.5 mile walk. The property was very clean, and the living room TV is huge for movies after a Long Beach day. The area is very safe and super cute. Would definitely stay in this complex again. "

"My family (5 adults / 3 kids) had a great time at this house! It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Was centrally located to food and activities. Communication was fantastic and they even set up a Christmas tree for us! The house is directly on a beautiful private beach and all beach supplies were provided. We had a great vacation! Thank you!!"
