"We have a family of 5 and this house was perfect for our vacation! The property is located in a neighborhood away from the crazy beach life but it is close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops and an easy drive! The pool was nicely heated-only thing would be to update the pool toys-a lot were broken or had holes in them. It was not a big deal to us though. Cory was a wonderful host! If we had any questions, he would get back to us in a timely manner. Overall we had a wonderful experience...

"Good location, although on a busy street, to beaches and ball parks for the Blue Jays and the Phillies. We also saw Yankees park that was about 30 minutes away. Amaryllis the property manager looked after getting us things we needed in a very timely fashion. The home was large and well equipped making our stay very comfortable. The property is located in an older but safe neighborhood, within walking distance of a nice little park with a short walking trail around a pond. It's close to the beaches, great restaurants, the airport, and Tampa. The house itself is in need of a deep clean and some new, more comfortable furniture.
