"The house was awesome. There was a total of 10 people and plenty of sleeping space for matter of fact there were beds that didn’t get used. The pool was wonderful clean. There were plenty of kids beach and pool toys a beach wagon and umbrellas. We couldn’t ask for anything better. And to top it off our flight left late and Alan I accommodated us for check out. This was our 2nd year staying in one of Alan’s houses and we’ll be back next year "

"Home is located in an ideal location a quick 2 minute walk from beach access. Dock was great for mullet fishing and an all around great time with friends. Home listing is not the entire house. No garage access even though there are three garages, and a list of rules in the living room of city ordinances like 2 cars in drive way. It was a good stay even with dumb nuance. "

"We could've safely stayed through our full rental and then left town safely before hurricane Helene. We were not allowed to make our own choice and had to rush evacuate far before the hurricane even arrived, more than 24 hours before beach sirens went off, and more than 24 hours before they closed any bridges, thankfully we had somewhere to go. "We had a group of 8 and stayed for two weeks. The property manager had excellent communication and was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of (within minutes). The property is exactly as the pictures show - very spacious with enough room to spread out a bit, a storage closet next to the parking spot filled with beach gear, and very easy to get to the pool and beach.
