"APA Hotels have been one of our go to hotels while in Japan. Locations are great, properties are updated, well amenitied, clean, safe. Prices are competitive. For some reason, every time upon check in their computer system never recognizes my passport info thus prolonging/delaying the said matter. Thought it was a one time glitch but it happens always. Staff cannot explain why this happens as well."

"I only stayed here one night, as I was just passing through Tokyo, but the bed was comfy which is what I needed after a 13 hour flight. The staff was great and checked me in quickly so I could rest. My room was spacious and peaceful and very clean. I would stay here again if I needed to stay close to the airport as they provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. Overall a short, nice and comfortable stay. "
