"The staff were all super-friendly and very helpful. As an English-only speaking touring cyclist with some special needs like bike storage, storage for bike bag, the extra time and effort that Tomas and Luciana on the reception desk spent with me was wonderful. Thanks to the whole Ibis crew!"

"Helpful and friendly staff who could answer any questions. Bathroom door was a sliding one with a gap around all sides so not soundproof in any way also not well ventilated. Cheap toilet tissue. Otherwise good room with kettle for tea but only two teabags supplied, one black and one camomile. Balcony looked at the building next door. Very lovely bed linen. Rooms not made up until the afternoon. Good fresh breakfast items but the heated food containers had been turned off so food was cold. Good location. Small observations but they make a difference. "
