The villa manager was very accessible which made things easier for us, we arrived later in the evening and had to pay a late check in fee which I believe should not be compulsory. I had to deal with a few issues regarding our second payment for the villa which should have been taken on the same card as used for the deposit 3 0 days prior to arriving. "Location was excellant. Surroundings were beautiful. Home was just as it was stated on listing. Please note lots of stairs, would be difficult for elderly person. "We had a lovely weeks stay at the villa. We were 3 families with teenagers. The villa had everything we needed to ensure all 6 teenage boys were occupied. "Our room was super comfortable and well set up for an extended stay. The inner courtyard was quiet and also a beautiful setup. Faro was one of our favourite places to visit and we will come back to the Algarve for a longer stay next time. "Excellent location, easily walkable to the main town area, very convenient and easy parking. All staff very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. Room very good, comfy large bed, spacious balcony with great views from Ria-facing room. Fridge and safe in room. Appreciated the free coffee pods and bottles of water, replaced daily. Daily housekeeping"

"A fantastic and spotlessly clean hotel. We stayed here for a week at the start of March. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best, which meant the rooftop bar and pool area was closed for the first couple of days. Despite the weather, Olhao is a lovely little town with enough bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. We hired a car to explore the area and towards the Spanish border, and we were always able to find a free parking space in the surrounding streets around the hotel. The hotel breakfast was one of the best breakfast's I've had at any hotel, regarding choice and quality. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, but a special mention to Tania and Manuel, any hotel would be proud to have them as staff. We wouldn't hesitate to book the Pure Formosa Concept Hotel again if returning to Olhao."

"This was a great accommodation in a large hotel complex that was walking distance to the center. We had a suite with a king bed and large sitting area. Parking was easy onsite with spots in front of the hotel and in a parking garage. The buffet breakfast was very good. We visited in winter and it was very rainy and windy but there were several people there to golf. The rooftop bar was very nice with views of the city. Recommend it. "
