"Room needed a faclift. Lots of things broken."

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."

"Very nice size room, was clean, slight problem with shower hose but staff responded quickly to correct the issue, would recommend and I would stay again.convenient for transport,."

"Check-in was complicated as e-mail warning of the £50 up-front deposit and need for photo ID was sent to junk mail. Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces! Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!! On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. "
