"Horrible accommodation. Booked a non smoking room and received a smoking room. When we requested a room change, we were told that only smoking rooms were left. The alarm clock in the room rang at 4am in the morning. Don't stay here."

"First off the reception has a strong stench of cigarette smoke. On check out the hotel demanded extra money than what was listed on the book page. They listed ¥150 per person per night which was fine however they wanted another ¥350 per person for heating cost!?!? Which was never listed during booking. The purpose of having hotel booking platforms are to list everything down so there are no surprises!"

"Very comfortable stay at this newer hotel. We were originally booked in a room with no private bath (must use communal onsen on the top floor for bathing) unbeknownst to us, because the room description was lacking. Our request to change rooms was fortunately accommodated. Overall this hotel occupies a remote and lovely natural setting -- best viewed from the indoor/outdoor onsens on the top floor.
