"We really loved the location - right across the parking lot was a Shoney's, liquor store, convenience store, and Dutch Bros coffee! There is a mall nearby and all kinds of dining options so we didn't have to leave - you can DoorDash anything! I loved it so much I stayed an extra night to take my sister to Dollywood's Smoky Mountain Christmas because this is a convenient and easy drive down the interstate to exit 407. But best of all were the staff at the hotel. They were all so kind and if we needed anything they were quick to action. Our favorite was Alesa at the front desk. She was very very busy on our arrival date but she remained friendly and did her best to take care of everyone and she made us feel so welcome. We are returning soon!"

"The staff here was amazing and efficient. We travel alot and I usually avoid Holiday Inns just cause they are a little on the pricier side. But this Holiday Inn Changed my mind on that for the future. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and super comfortable. If all Holiday Inns are like this one that is the only hotel I will be using from this point on."
