"This is a lovely hotel and obviously the closet to Graceland. We only stay here when visiting Graceland and the area. Obviously, the hotel and Graceland are located in what is considered by locals etc to be a dangerous area. So I appreciate that my car is behind a gated entrance and a shuttle service. The food at the hotel is mediocre...could use an upgrade and attention. The beds and rooms are comfortable and tastefully appointed. "

"Things did not get off to a great start. We landed in the U.S from the UK to an email stating that our reservation at the hotel made TEN MONTHS in advance had been cancelled on the day! Thankfully we were able to rebook a room over the phone (not the accessible room booked 10 months ago) and the staff were very helpful with this, however this was an unwelcome concern that we did not need.
