"My only concern was with the booking as it seemed we where getting the room with a balcony as what we thought was advertised and we got a very very nice room but wasn’t the same as we had hoped for our first anniversary! All in all great dinning room wonderful staff excellent service and loved the guitar bar !! We look forward to another stay hopefully with our view of the bridges we missed out on this time ! "

"Everything was excellent with the hotel, amenities and staff. Although there was an additional unnecessary charges about breakfast. I showed them my receipt from my reservation and paid booking through Expedia and they said they will sort it out. Hopefully I don’t get a surprise and get billed."

"In a word: WOW! Where to begin? So cute and clean. Absolutely tasteful decor and super comfortable. So many extras: soft, clean towels. Fluffy his and hers robes and slippers. Adorable gift baskets. Professional staff to assist and freshen the room each day. We’ve stayed in resorts that couldn’t compete with this stay.10 out of 10!"
