"Cozy, clean, well decorated, great location! I really loved it there. There were a couple nights that I enjoyed the nearby hot tub while my 8 year old played in the heated pool. The Publix truly is only a walking distance away, as well as a couple spots to eat. I highly recommend taking a stroll to Beth’s Burger Bar. Universal Studios was the purpose of our stay and it was only a 10 min drive. I’d happily stay here the next time we come."

Cons: The lights in one bedroom didn't work, and the shower head in that bedroom was a disaster. Of the 122 'rainfall' nozzles, about 45 actually put out any water. "Let me start by saying, my husband and I are active travelers so we’re not picky when it comes to accommodations. We look for amenities, location, and price that works for US; especially, on this trip where we spent 90% of our time at Universal and Disney. This rental met OUR needs perfectly. We enjoyed having the kitchen for meals and balcony which was very private and had a great view of the lake. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves during the one lazy day we spent at the condo. "Staff was fabulous.Room needs deep clean and repair. When we turned on bathroom faucets, water was brown and then black and sediment was all in the sink. It then cleared after a few minutes but I wasn’t about to use it to brush my teeth. Staff gave me plenty of bottled water to brush teeth and rinse toothbrush. May need new pipes etc. Hopefully it’s been fixed since I alerted staff and showed pictures. Rest of faucets didn’t have that issue. Bathroom shower and floor grout needs professional...
