"At first i was dissappointed because i was unaware that orbitz put me in a room with someone that i did not know.. However the manager jose took care of that. My stay was great, i recommended it to family and friends. My only advice for orbitz is to let the customer know that its a shared home, and ask if they would be ok with that!! That wasn't disclosed to me during booking, i really didn't appreciate it.. Now i wont ever book using orbitz again."

"Wow! SeraLago has definitely stepped up their rooms. We stayed in the new suites and had plenty of room for 3 adults. Separated bedroom, living room and kitchen area. I would suggest coffee maker and a comfy chair but everything else was great for the price."

"The stay overall was good. We were only there one night, for the price it was good, I just needed a place to sleep so I didn’t expect too fancy. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and bigger than I expected. I struggled with the smell of the room though, normally hotel cleaning chemicals don’t bother me but this was super strong and the whole night was like I was sniffing a bottle of pinesol which led to a migraine. I wish I did a little more research on the location because it is directly next...
