"It was comfortable and clean. Receptionist was nice but busy to handle all by herself. The staff during breakfast was the best very attentive to my needs. They even watched my special need chil while I went to the bathroom or get breakfast for my other 2 children. The janitor was nice and helped watching my child while I went to get my car on the lower level. They were all great. I really enjoyed the hotel. I traveled by myself with my 3 children. We had a happy and safe stay. The laundry in the basement was convenient too. "

"It was one of the best places we've stayed at in this area. We love and hate the key card system. When it is working, it is on point for the extra security, as without it, you cannot get on the elevator or access the floors. My card was deactivated twice; however, staff was always available to reactivate it. Everything else was perfect. There were no loud crowds after hours, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a quiet night."

"After a 12 hour drive to get there, our room wasn't ready. They held true to thier slogan and gave us a 10%discount on the parking for the 1 hour wait time. Our kids were tired. Next time, I'll call hours ahead to check if my room is almost ready."
