"Great location near everything.BUT, very strange platform beds made of sheet metal .Every-time you moved the bed would make a sound like some one hit a cookie sheet with a spoon.Needless to say it didn't make for a good nite sleep. No ice maker or vending machine on the floor had to go down to the lobby for ice and a drink? Price was right and again staff was very nice, but would not stay here again."

"The only thing we didn't like was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than that, room was perfect. "

"I stay at Hamptons regularly due to larger rooms, More flexible, and more of what I need (breakfast on site, snack area, business friendly). This property has friendly staff and central to Westchester. Not much nearby to walk to. Property is a little tired, room was worn, toilet had broken seat and leaky valve, half the lamps didn’t work, elevator doors banged loudly. Breakfast was pretty good and useful hours (6-10). "

"Stayed there from Thursday night to Saturday. Loved the room however, the AC vent above the kitchen leaked a lot. Every time we went out or looked into the kitchen there was a puddle there. So cleaning that up was a bit of a hassle. There also wasn’t hot water coming from the sink. Not too big of a deal. Also, the door to the bathroom did not close at all. So that was also a problem for us. Other than that, the staff was amazing. The food was pretty good. Checking in and out was extremely easy....

"There is two things that NEEDS improvement. The king size bed that we had in our room was NO GOOD! I could not get a good night sleep. It needs to be replace. The other thing is maid service. We did NOT get maid service for the three days we stayed. "
