"We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. "This particular house/client charged us for two separate nights and two separate cleaning charges. I spoke to these people before our trip and was promised a call back to look at the double cleaning charges. We heard nothing!!! I/we will refuse to comment on the premises until we get some retribution or better still a refund I have copied this item and will let potential new customers know of there inefficiency regards Gw a very disappointed customer"

"The annexe was beautifully clean - carpet in the main area rather than the hard flooring that many properties have these days - (although I understand why as it's probably easier to clean than carpet) however, that made it very cosy & so warm. Everything was lovely, I can't think of anything that was missing, the attention to detail was 1st class.
