"We had a plumbing issue and needed a last minute place to stay while waiting for service. The last minute rate for Saturday and Sunday nights was reasonable and the room was great for 2 stressed out people. While it showed signs of wear, the room was super clean and comfortable. The area is extremely quiet and the room had good soundproofing. Warm and welcoming hotel.

"The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. The lobby/bar are gorgeous. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was wonderful except for the bathroom. Although the products were lovely, the shower head was terrible and there was barely any water pressure. Also the towels are incredibly rough and uncomfortable.The bathroom definitely does not live up to the feeling of luxury that the rest of the hotel possesses. "
