"This unit it nice and clean and had everything I needed. The location is excellent and the grounds are lovely. If you’re a light sleeper you might want earplugs (which they had on site). The only reason is because at night you can sometimes hear the louder cars on Ali’i Drive. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again."

"Like the location, it was quite, little stire next door, local people friendly. Missed check on email. What I didnt like dirty silverware with food still on it in the draw. Dirty hand towel bext to bathroom sink. It looked like beard hair all over it. The kitch floor and stove looked dirty. I hand washed all dishes before using and used the beach towels for drying off after shower. I loved the beach across the street really pretty and they had a surf contest that was great."

"Lauren’s and Nicks place was a perfect stay for us. It is up the mountain and away from any hustle and bustle. However close to many places to eat and beaches. Lauren and Nick were easily available to get a hold of. The place is small and perfect for us two and not having a TV was nice to have a break. If you are looking for a place that is in a peaceful place with lovely host this is a must! "

"Great condo just one block from the main hub of kileau kona. Clean well stocked and nice lanai to sit out on in the evening and morning . Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Definitely try Da Shark Shack."

"This was a fantastic room that is right by the ocean! The center of the complex is a botanical garden. There are flowers that line the walk-way and torches that are lit at dusk. This room could have managed four people, but we didn’t mind the extra space. It served as a great home-base as we toured the island. There is a closet full of everything you may need for a day at the beach or a journey through the forest. We made very good use of the cooler, beach chairs, and snorkeling...

"This location is centralized. You can walk to Coconut Grove and grab food to eat. Thankfully parking was included which is a hot commodity in Kona now. Glad I chose this location. "

"Very nice place overall. Good location, accurate description in the listing. We both had good nights sleeping which was the most important thing. It cooled off nicely every night with the big Louvered windows facing the ocean, but with that you get some road noise and the frog noise."
