Upon arrival I wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Owner’s son, I believe, came out to assist me get into the lockbox and into the unit. Maybe a little a little more specific instructions would help…. like: upon entering carport, unit is on the left front of house… up the stairs. Nevertheless, bed...

"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apparment is small, but so close to great snorkeling, that is easily within walking distance. You can see the ocean, but over the roof top of a near-by house. There are other rental properties surrounding you, so depending on who may be renting, that noise level could vary. Quiet during our stay and the host, Issacs was very helpful."

"This was a fantastic room that is right by the ocean! The center of the complex is a botanical garden. There are flowers that line the walk-way and torches that are lit at dusk. This room could have managed four people, but we didn’t mind the extra space. It served as a great home-base as we toured the island. "This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place...
