"The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide."

"Have stayed in other properties in this gated community. Location is perfect for fishing the flats and swimming in the springs. The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. Did not affect our stay but looks like they have not been addressed for awhile. Really feel the...

"Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room for our party of nine. Fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The hot tub spa was the cherry on top, heating fast and offering plenty of room. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to book this same property in February."

"We live about an hour from this rental & just wanted to get away for a peaceful stay. We were not disappointed! It’s quiet with beautiful views. The home is cozy, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the local restaurants like the Freezer. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs, and they loved it as well! It was too cold for swimming, but the pool was well maintained. Great firepit area as well! We would definitely stay here again. "
