"The only mishap was the electronic entry did not work upon arrival but we were not delayed in gaining access. Host was accessible as needed. In addition, the fulltime tenant in adjoining rental keeps a close eye on things and is very friendly. Nothing to worry about inside as it has everything you need. We were not able to stay our full time and host was kind enough to credit for future. Bottom line is nothing to worry about here as it is as advertised. No surprises. Will return. "

The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "You literally wake up with manatees! What an incredible experience. Tedi was an amazing host! Her knowledge of the local area and wildlife was an incredible asset. Kayaking in the early morning hours was unmatched. The boathouse was perfect. Very clean, well maintained, and it smelled amazing, too. If you are looking for somewhere to stay to in Crystal River with prime viewing of manatees, other wildlife, and sunsets, this little place should top your list! I can’t say enough good things...
