"The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide."

The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. "Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room for our party of nine. Fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The hot tub spa was the cherry on top, heating fast and offering plenty of room. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to book this same property in February."

"Was a nice stay the home was clean and the neighborhood is nice we enjoyed the pool a lot the listing says hot tub it does not have a hot tub which was a bummer after a long trip there a hot tub would have been nice to relax in and the host never emailed me 24hrs upon my arrival on instruction when we I arrived I had to email when I was almost there and ask other for code to get in but host did response when I emailed never for the internet to connect to the tvs for some reason so couldn’t watch...

"The home itself was nice and clean for the most part. They did have a problem with ants, roaches and spiders and it was obviously known because there were bait traps throughout the home. The kitchen faucet had what I believe was to be JB weld on it and I cut my hand in it twice. The pool was not clean and had algae in it. We also found bandaids on the walls of them home.
