"Really friendly staff at this hotel near Deansgate, clean, comfortable room with first class shower. You need a degree in electrical engineering to figure out the room lighting! but once sorted is darkish but OK. Only quibbles are, one bath towel for both of us and breakfast would cost £21 each so we went next door to 'Spoons' which cost £7!"

"Room was small but adequate. Tea and coffee (and biscuits) provided. Room was immaculately clean. A little delay in checking in but that was my fault for not finding out the check in time. That said when I tried finding this information on the website, I couldn't so perhaps that something that should be easier to find and / or more prominent on the website. Staff were friendly enough, and breakfast was very good."
